I saw one bird species endemic to Puerto Rico, the Puerto Rican Tody (Todus mexicanus, german: Gelbflankentodi, french: Todier de Porto Rico). A couple species are endemic to the Caribbean. Altogether I didn't see many birds on my short visit.
